A-Tech Services Limited processes personal data, not sensitive data, to fulfil the contracts we have with our customers and to carry out requests they make of us. This includes personal email addresses of contacts in client companies as well as personal details of individual customers. This information is: name, address, telephone number, email address, previous purchases from us and current requirements. All this information has been provided by the customer/client and is updated if changes are notified to us.
We keep these records securely on password protected computers and server and/or hard copy only for as long as necessary to provide the Services which have been requested and thereafter for a variety of legitimate legal or business purposes. These might include retention periods:
Client data, including personal details of their customers, is stored in a separate, secure, password protected area on our systems whilst it is being used for the support of our clients. It is kept as long as necessary to carry out the requested functions and then deleted when no longer required.
No third party access is permitted to any data without prior written permission from the client. We check the GDPR policy of the company before sharing any data.
